General Instructions beofore applying online.

The candidates who had applied earlier as per advertisement dated 8th July, 2024 before due date and paid the requisite fees are hereby notified to mandatorily submit fresh online applications and Academic, Teaching & Research Credential (ATR) format alongwith poofs of self-attested documents and such candidates are not required to pay requisite fees again. After completion of Profile, in section -Declairation, Check box Yes (Have you applied in this department for the same position against advertisement No. AAQA/ICD/2024-25/616 Date : 08.07.2024 or its addendum/corrigendum?) and enter previous application number and submit.

Important Notice: If you have paid the fees online through G-Pay or PhonePe and your application does not appear as submitted, please use the “Re-submit” option, go through all the screens by clicking “Next, Next,” then click on the payment button again and submit the application once more. The application printout then becomes available.

KINDLY NOTE: The last date for submission of online forms is Thursday, the 2nd January, 2026 (upto 5:00 PM) and the submission of printout of online application alongwith ATR is 9th January, 2026 (upto 5:00 PM)
